Item Description

SCV $0.75 (2014). Strip of three 12.5-cent Pushcart Bureau precancel coil stamps in MNH, VF condition. No flaws noted. Gum is immaculate, the stamps are crisp & their color is distinct & sharp. The stamps are overprinted with "Bulk Rate" that are printed in black ink between two parallel, horizontal black bars. Engraved, no tagging, water-activated gum, perf 10 vertically.
