US 1983 Mint Commemorative Year Set As issued by USPS The included mint packet of stamps has not been opened. Folder includes a simple display approval-type sheet and brief writeups on the different stamps. Since this is a heavier and *much* larger item than are most of my sales, I'm not allowing sales other than to the US. I'm leaving my S&H charges set the same, $1.25 base with 5c per extra item, but since that wouldn't cover costs for a folder like this I'm basically including some of the postage charges in the base price.Seller Information
