US 1976 Mint Commemorative Year Set As issued by USPS The included mint packet of stamps has been opened with the stamps present but placed in the included display page. Folder includes a simple display approval-type sheet and brief writeups on the different stamps. Since this is a heavier and *much* larger item than are most of my sales, I'm not allowing sales other than to the US. I'm leaving my S&H charges set the same, $1.25 base with 5c per extra item, but since that wouldn't cover costs for a folder like this I'm basically including some of the postage charges in the base price.Seller Information
