Item Description

Up for grabs here is a sound mint never hinged joint line pair/4 of Scott 1618a Bureau precancel with dull gum.  Perforated 10 vertically, untagged.  This one is a bit unusual in that the bar break occurs right at the guide line.  Item pictured is the one you will receive.
