Scott 1766; American Trees - White Oak, David "C" Cachets were designed in small batches by David Pritchard and are named for his first son David Charles. Typically about 50 covers were made for most issues, starting 1966 and hand colored with felt tip marking pens or colored pencils. cachet, FDC, flap is sealed and cover is un-addressed.
