Originally an event cover for the 1968 restoration / opening of the Ford's Theater in Washington DC (assignation place of President Abraham Lincoln) used again 10 years latter for Scott 1744; Harriet Tubman Issue, Railroad to Freedom, FDC, The original cachet was by FDC + PLUS +, format = multiple, flap is sealed and cover is un-addressed.
