Item Description

This listing offers a post-civil war era issue [including large format u.S. Bank note stamps or a postal stationery envelop---pse---cut-squares] with a nice "fancy cancel" strike***. . . This particular fancy cancel appears to be a "handcarved" design . . .

Further, this particular design has not been identified [by a unique alpha-numeric assignment] in the cole or salkind catalogs .
