Due to a mix-up most Tagged Issues were not available until Nov. 4th. Only 500 or less were released on the FD Nov. 2nd) ), ABC/ Boerger Cachet (Mellone-10 Variety, similar to cachet for 1240 but with text added at right in brown) normal Cachet in red, green & brown w/ pair of Christmas seals for 1963 as part of cachet, unaddressed.
