Item Description

SCV $1.50 (2014). Block of six 4-cent stamps commemorating the 50th anniversary of Naval Aviation in MNH, F-VF condition. No flaws noted on the stamps, although three hinge marks are seen on the selvage that is attached along the right side of the block. The gum is immaculate & shiny (except on the selvage), gum breaker bars are distinct, perforations are fully intact (i.e. no separations are noted), the stamps are crisp & their color is bright. Selvage is attached along the bottom of the block of stamps and along the right side. Plate number '27017' is printed vertically on the selvage to the right and next to the stamp located at the lower right-hand position of the block. Rotary press printing, water-activated gum, perf 11 x10-1/2.
