SCV $0.25 (2014). Single 2-cent Thomas Jefferson precancel dry printing coil in USED, average condition. No flaws noted. No gum. The stamp is firm & its color is bright. The stamp is overprinted with "NORTH HOLLY-WOOD, CALIF." on two lines between two horizontal parallel bars in black ink. Rotary press printing, no gum, perf 10 vertically.
