What Is This?
This is a lot with the cheap priced but very difficult to get in mint condition uruguay bob stamps.

Some days ago i explained to a client that bob stamps of uruguay needs some knowledge so as to understand pricing.

International catalogues does not represent rarity accuratelly , for instance you have a stamp q62 that from the original 20000 were overprinted 15450 stamps but were burn (destroyed) 12500 remainging 2950 overprinted and 4550 unoverprinted, with q63 we have the same from the original 15000, 8300 were overprinted and 2500 were burnt..For these quantities $8 catalogue value seems unreasonable

There are also errors in scott catalogue with issues q13 to q24 ... With first parcel post stamps...In these sets q16 mint q20 q 23 are imposible to get mint !!!

Then you have the cifers that have the 1929-30 issues .. The 5 cent is imposible to get mint...

Finally the train & railroad sets being the most difficult those of q46/50 and q70/3 sets...

Then other stamps to complete the parcel post are of relatively easy finding
