Under the title "Discover Uruguay" we intend to list in this category sets of stamps that bring whoever purchases them, to the knowledge of our country.
You will know its people through its different cultural groups or after its capabilities like artists, athletes, scientists.
You can make an imaginary trip along its beautiful coasts, or enter the gentle geography of its territory, you will know its rivers, its hills, but also its vegetation and of course its fauna.
Its history can be known through concrete facts drawn on the stamps, but also observing the set panorama
We have carefully selected the emissions that make up each thematic unit so that they represent as accurately as possible their character.
The values have also been calculated taking into account the facial or catalog values. Check in your scott catalog these values are high due to the high face value of Uruguay's emissions.
We deal only with original quality selection stamps. All Uruguay issues are limited to 15000 to 25000 stamps, due to low population of country.
This is not speculative, uruguay is a UPU member country with a serious tradition in stamp issues.
Is a very attractive country for collecting, with rare early issues low priced in catalogs is an investment opportunity.
I am a dedicated part time stamp dealer and try to offer what I consider interesting stamps.
For me interesting stamps are those full of history but also those rare difficult to find ones.
For value the stamps I take into consideration several catalogues Scott Michel Stanley Gibbons basically.
But I allways offer attractive prices.
I want to share the experience of immerse yourself in the history behind these papers, their design, their technical qualities, the illustrated themes, in short, a world where you can observe, relax and focus your attention. It is extremely relaxing, and the next day you will want to return from obligations to immerse yourself in this beautiful hobby.
I want to share my knowledge and experience so feel free ask questions.
