Latin America stamp prices as you may know,  are not accurately represented in catalogue values. That explains why cheap priced stamps are so difficult to get. .... well here you will for sure find them and if you already have some of these stamps you will have good trading stamps most desired for collectors worldwide... or aren't collectors and dealers looking always for the same.... "latin america countries "... prices will rise in the market is already happening with some countries like Brazil etc.

Here Is What You Should Find:

    there will be 500 different stamps here
    all of the stamps were issued before 1990
    because Uruguay has not too many issues, there aren't that many definitives, so there are lots of commemoratives, high values etc here!!
    As well all commemorative perforated on all 4 sides.
    As with any packet this size, some mixed condition
    there may also be duplicates in here as a result of human error, generally they are extras because of the way he assembled them
