Item Description

SCV $1.00 (2020). Single entire 10-cent Olympic Games 1980 First Day Cancellation (FDC) postal card depicting a runner. The card is clean with no creases, the corners are unbent & the message side of the card is unused. The card has a black ink "FIRST DAY OF ISSUE" between two sets of horizontal, parallel bars cancellation mark, cancelled at "EUGENE, OR 97401" on "SEP 17 1979". An embossed ArtCraft cachet is printed on the left side of the address side of the postal card. Lithographed, tagged.
