Item Description

SCV $1.25 (2020). Single 4-cent Abraham Lincoln First Day Cancellation (FDC) postal card. No flaws noted. The card is clean with unbent corners and has a black ink cancellation mark that reads: "FIRST DAY OF ISSUE" on two lines. The card was canceled in "SPRINGFIELD, ILL." on "NOV 19 1962 at 9 AM". An Art Craft cachet is printed at the left side of the card on its address side. The message side of the card is completely blank. Precanceled with three printed horizontal, parallel red violet lines. No tagging.
