United States, Scott #2394, used(o), 1988, Express Mail Stamp, stamp shows an American Eagle in Flight with a Moon in the Background, the female eagle that modeled for the stamp is nicknamed "Igor", moon in the background reminds viewer of the 'overnight' nature of express mail, $8.75, lithography printed, engraved by the ‘Bureau’ (United States Bureau of Engraving and Printing [BEP]), perforated: 11, multicolored, Scott 2025 Catalog Value: $8.00, nicely centered (superb), very large, light, half circular, red-inked, double-rimmed, socked-on-the-nose cancellation over the upper left half of the stamp, however, the lightness of the cancel leaves the main image largely clear, sound back, several short perforations at left side middle, otherwise good perforations; centering and largely image clear cancel warrants a selling price premium. This is not a 'bait-and-switch;' the stamp you see will be the one you receive.

I will send the purchase by US first class mail, since the relatively low value of the stamp does not warrant signature or tracking mail. Hence the buyer assumes risk of loss or non-delivery. I will keep a scan of my mailing to verify that the correct mailing address was used.
