United States, Scott #1295, used(o), 1966, John Bassett Moore (1860-1947), American politician, author, lawyer, and professor, authority on international law, was a member of the Hague Tribunal (established in 1899 to arbitrate international disputes), and was the first American judge to serve on the Permanent Court of International Justice ( also known as the World Court, existed from 1922 to 1946), $5.00, gray black Scott 2019 Catalog Value: $2.25, nicely centered, quarter, red-inked, double-rimmed circular socked-on-the-nose cancellation into main image, sound back, good perforations. This is not a 'bait-and-switch;' the stamp you see will be the one you receive.
