SCV $40.00 (2020). Single 10-cent Navy Department Official stamp depicting Thomas Jefferson in USED, average condition. The perfs at the top of the stamp appear to be trimmed, otherwise no flaws noted. No gum. The stamp is firm, its color is distinct & it has a black ink cancellation mark. Engraved, no gum, thin hard paper, no watermark, perf 12.
