Item Description

SCV $0.45 (2014). Single 16-cent red Air Post Special Delivery stamp in UNUSED, VF condition. A hinge mark is seen on the back of the stamp and a 2mm vertical tear is seen that goes through the 'e' in 'cents', otherwise no flaws noted. Gum is immaculate & shiny (except in the area of the hinge mark), the stamp is firm & its colors are bright. Flat plate printing, water-activated gum, no watermark, perf 11.
