Item Description

SCV $5.00 (2014). Single 5-cent Beacon on Rocky Mountains air mail stamp in UNUSED, VF condition. Two hinge marks are seen on the back of the stamp with some gum disturbance. A small thin (~ 1mm in diameter is seen at the top perforations above the 'S' in 'U.S.') is also seen, otherwise no flaws noted. Gum is fully intact & shiny (except where disturbed), the stamp is firm & its colors are bright. Flat plate printing, water-activated gum, no watermark, perf 11.
