Item Description

SCV $1.00 (2014). Block of four 3-cent stamps honoring the Boy Scouts of America in UNUSED, VF condition. Hinge marks are seen along the top of the two top stamps, otherwise no flaws noted. The gum is immaculate & shiny (except in the area of the hinge marks), gum breaker bars are distinct, the perforations are fully intact (i.e. no separations are noted), the stamps are crisp & their color is distinct. Rotary press printing, water-activated gum, perf 11 x10-1/2.
