Item Description

SCV $1.60 (2014). Block of four 3-cent stamps commemorating Generals Sherman, Grant & Sheridan in UNUSED, fine condition. Hinge marks are seen on the back of the two topmost stamps in the block and perforations are starting to separate (four of them) between the two top stamps, otherwise no flaws noted. The gum is immaculate & shiny (except in the area of the hinge marks), gum breaker bars are distinct, the stamps are crisp & their color is distinct. Rotary press printing, water-activated gum, no watermark, perf 11 x10-1/2.
