Item Description

SCV $1.40 (2014). Block of four 3-cent Boulder Dam stamps in UNUSED, F-VF condition. Hinge marks are seen on the back of the topmost stamps in the block & slight creases in the gum are seen, otherwise no flaws noted. The gum is immaculate & shiny (except in the area of the hinge marks), perforations are fully intact (i.e. no separations are noted), the stamps are crisp & their color is distinct. Flat plate printing, water-activated gum, no watermark, perf 11.
