Item Description

Header block of ten (55-cent) forever Bugs Bunny stamps in MNH, VF condition. No flaws noted. The die cuts are fully intact (i.e. no separations are noted), the stamps are crisp & their colors are bright. The block of stamps (in left-to-right, top-to-bottom order) depict Bugs Bunny in many role to include the following: a barber (SC #5494), a basketball player (SC #5495), an aristocrat (SC #5496), a jester (SC #5497), a Viking princess, Brunhilde (SC #5498), a mermaid (SC #5499), a concert pianist (SC #5500), super rabbit (SC #5501), a baseball player (SC #5502) and a soldier (SC #550). The back of the block shows many artist sketches of Bugs. Photogravure, self-adhesive gum, tagged, serpentine die cut 10-3/4.
