SCV $13.00 (2014). Sheet of fifteen 32-cent Celebrate the Century: 1970s stamps in MNH, VF condition. No flaws noted. The pane of stamps is sealed in its original USPS shipping cellophane wrap so the gum is immaculate & shiny, the stamps are crisp & their colors are bright. The pane depicts the following: new baseball records (SC 3189a), Gulf War (SC #3189b), "Seinfeld" television series (SC 3189c), extreme sports (SC #3189d), improving education (SC #3189e), computer art & graphics (SC #3189f), recovering species (SC #3189g), return to space (SC #3189h), Special Olympics (SC #3189i), virtual reality (SC #3189j), movie "Jurassic Park" (SC #3189k), movie "Titanic" (SC #3189l), sport utility vehicles (SC #3189m), World Wide Web (SC #3189n) and cellular pictures (SC #3189o). A brief description of each of the 1970s events appears on the back of each of the stamps. Lithographed & engraved, water-activated gum, tagged, perf 11-1/2.
