Item Description

SCV $115.00 (2020). Single 10-cent Fast Ocean Navigation stamp depicting the Steamship St. Paul in UNUSED, average condition. The stamp commemorates the Pan-American Exposition. A horizontal crease is seen across the width of the stamp and material is attached to the back of the stamp (a patch?), otherwise no flaws noted. The gum is immaculate & shiny (except where the material is attached), the stamp is crisp & its colors are distinct. Engraved, water-activated gum, double-line watermark (wmk 191), perf 12.
