UNITED STATES SCOTT 221 3 CENT JACKSON 1890 OG

Very nice unused with original gum, excellent color, no tears or thins or damage. Gum is smooth and fine over lower half of back and along edges to either side of the heavy hinge scar on the upper half of back. It looks like there may have been two hinge episodes.
