SCV $0.40 (2014). Single (20-cent) 'C' Domestic Mail Rate Change stamp in MNH, F-VF condition. One perforation (located at the upper left-hand corner; second perf from the left) is discolored, otherwise no flaws noted. The gum is immaculate & shiny, the stamp is crisp & its color is distinct. Photogravure, tagged, water-activated gum, perf 11 x10-1/2.
