Item Description

SCV $3.75 (2014). Strip of three 12-cent Liberty Torch Bureau precancel coil stamps in MNH, VF condition. A smudge is seen on the gum at the top corner on the back of the rightmost stamp, otherwise no flaws noted. No gum. The stamps are crisp & their color is distinct. Cancellation is two parallel horizontal bars in black ink. Engraved, no gum, no tagging, perf 10 vertically.
