Item Description

SCV $4.00 (2020). Block of twelve 15-cent stamps depicting Endangered Flora in MNH, VF condition. No flaws noted. Perforations are fully intact (i.e. no separations are noted) although folds exist, the gum is immaculate & shiny, the stamps are crisp & their colors are bright. Three copies of each of the Endangered Flora stamps are included in the block of stamps: Persistent Trillium (SC #1783), Hawaiian Wild Broadbean (SC #1784), Contra Costa Wallflower (SC #1785) and Antioch Dunes Evening Primrose (SC #1786). Selvage is attached along the bottom & left side of the block of stamps and six plate numbers (i.e. 39049 through 39054) are printed horizontally on the bottom selvage. Photogravure, water-activated gum, tagged, perf 11.
