SCV $0.25 (2014). Single 1 cent Thomas Jefferson issue in MNH, VF condition. "USA" has been lightly written on the back of the stamp, otherwise no flaws noted, Gum is unblemished, except for writing, color is bright and stamp is crisp. This stamp is the lowest denominated stamp in the Prominent Americans issue. Rotary press printing, shiny gum, tagged, water activated gum, perf 11 x 10-1/2.
