Item Description

SCV $2.25 (2014). Block of nine 4-cent stamps commemorating Winslow Homer in UNUSED, F-VF condition. Slight toning is seen along the edge of the stamps at the right hand side of the block and gum skips are seen on the back of two stamps on the right side (top & middle), otherwise no flaws noted. The gum is immaculate & shiny (except for the two gum skips), perforations are fully intact (i.e. no separations are noted), the stamps are crisp & their colors are bright. Selvage is attached along the bottom & left side of the block of stamps & plate number '27380' is printed horizontally on the bottom selvage below the stamp that is located at the lower, left-hand corner. Giori press printing, water-activated gum, perf 11.
