Item Description

SCV $3.75 (2014). Block of fifteen 4-cent Christmas Wreath stamps in MNH, F-VF condition. A hinge mark is seen on two of the stamps along the top row and on the selvage above the third stamp in that row, otherwise no flaws are noted on the stamps. Light toning on the selvage above the stamps at the upper right-hand corner is seen. The gum is immaculate & shiny (except in the area of the hinge marks), perforations are fully intact (i.e. no separations are noted), the stamps are crisp & their colors are bright. Selvage is attached along the top of the block of stamps and along the right side. Plate number '27314' is printed vertically on the selvage to the right next to the stamp that is located at the upper right-hand corner of the block. Engraved, water-activated gum, perf 11.
