Item Description

SCV $0.25 (2014). Single 4-cent stamp commemorating the 50th anniversary of the passage of the Workman's Compensation Law in UNUSED, VF condition. A light hinge mark is seen on the back of the stamp, otherwise no flaws noted. The gum is immaculate & shiny (except in the area of the hinge mark), gum breaker bars are noticeable, the stamp is crisp & its color is bright. Rotary press printing, water-activated gum, perf 10-1/2 x11.
