Item Description

SCV $2.25 (2014). Block of nine 4-cent stamps honoring the 150th anniversary of Mexican Independence in MNH, F-VF condition. Slight toning is seen at the bottom edge of the stamps at the bottom of the block, otherwise no flaws seen on the stamps. Three hinge marks are seen on the back of the selvage that is attached to the top of the block. Selvage is also attached to the left side of the block of stamps and plate number '26707' is printed vertically on the selvage next to the stamp located at the top left-hand position in the block. The gum is immaculate & shiny (except on the selvage), perforations are fully intact (i.e. no separations noted), the stamps are crisp & their colors are bright. Giori press printing, water-activated gum, perf 11.
