Item Description

SCV $2.50 (2014). Block of ten 4-cent stamps portraying a 49-star American flag in MNH, F-VF condition. The stamp at the top left-hand position in the block has a partial hinge mark on its back, otherwise no flaws noted. Two light hinge marks are seen on the selvage that is attached along the top of the block of stamps. The gum is immaculate & shiny (except in the area of the hinge marks), perforations are fully intact (i.e. no separations noted), the stamps are crisp & their colors are bright. Selvage is attached along the top of the block of stamps & plate number '26354' is printed horizontally on it. Giori press printing, water-activated gum, perf 11.
