Item Description

SCV $1.00 (2014). Block of four 3-cent stamps commemorating the 500th anniversary of the first printing of the Guttenberg Bible in UNUSED, F-VF condition. Several light hinge marks are seen on the back of the top two stamps in the block, otherwise no flaws noted. The gum is immaculate & shiny (except in the are of the hinge marks), gum breaker bars are noticeable, perforations are fully intact (i.e. no separations are noted), the stamps are crisp & their color is bright. Selvage is attached along the bottom of the block of stamps. Rotary press printing, water-activated gum, perf 11 x10-1/2.
