UNITED NATIONS: US Meter Stamps; TWO, first is Stratford CT United Nations Philatelic Exhibition slogan on cacheted unaddressed cover, 10/4/59, 4 cents and Pitney-Bowes meter No. 500748, as always, very light toning at edges but quite scarce, the United Nations Post Office had a presence at this Exhibition but did not bring their own meter machine, other is tape (mint with gum) from NYC 1968, WHO slogan, proof (.00) impression, similar to the United Nations slogan but probably used by an organization that had their headquarters just outside of the UN complex, uncommon, Fine-VF.
