UNITED NATIONS: Definitives, 3c Flag, (Scott #4 var), SECOND PRINTING, Mint NH blk of four (tiny gum flaws), White ink varies a bit from stamp to stamp (printing blanket issues?), scarce and desirable printing, VFI just had another block from this sheet up. While the paper is clearly 2nd Print on this block, the differences from stamp to stamp of the white color (clouds) is LESS noticeable. All three of the flag stamps on this issue had troubles with the white coloring on the later printings.
I combine shipping. Just ask.
