This unaddressed cover was flown on the First TWA Flight AM44 Peoria, Illinois to Kansas City, Missouri in 1947 franked by a horizontal pair of the one-cent bright blue green Four Freedoms issue of 1943, Scott 908, and a Plate Number Single of the 3-cent dark violet Tennessee Statehood 150th Anniversary issue of 1946, Scott 941, all tied by a 'Give to the American Red Cross Fund' slogan machine cancellation.
