Incoming to EGYPT: 60F Switzerland meter stamp; mailed from Geneva from WHO (World Health Organization HQ), WHO slogan partially obscured by Air Mail imprint, lengthy addr to Dr Harry Hoogstraal of the US Naval Medical Research Team, "Province d'Egypte UAR", air mail and censored, the black marking is Egyptian censor, not quite sure what the Blue marking is, 1959 machine cnl and hand cancel on reverse, file fold, unusual and VF for this.

Dr Hoogstraal was an authority on parasites and lived in Egypt for much of his life.
