32x40mm. Partial watermark. Blue target, or bullseye, cancel with partial double strike of a blue ____ CITY postmark. There are paper toning spots.

This item has never been mounted in a collection. It was among several thousand cut squares that had been collected in the late 19th century at Union City, Indiana and possibly across the state line in Union City, Ohio.
