Scott #632 is a 1¢ green stamp issued in 1926 as part of the Fourth Bureau Issue. It features Benjamin Franklin, one of America’s Founding Fathers and the first Postmaster General. The design is symmetrical with ornate scrollwork, the denomination “1” in each lower corner, and “UNITED STATES POSTAGE” prominently displayed across the top.
This specimen is used, has no gum, and is postmarked, as expected for circulated stamps.
