The Nineteenth Century Postage Stamps of the United States, by Lester G. Brookman. This 2 volume work on 19th Century US stamps is for the advanced collector as well as collectors who wish to acquire a specialists' knowledge. Scans show the books with their original dust jackets covered in clear mylar are not in great shape, but the boards underneath are very nice. 1947, First Edition, complete set of 2 volumes, approximately 621 pages, hardcovers with a couple of minor rubs and bumps, tight bindings, clean pages, B&W illustrations.
