Item Description
Looking splendid in his magnificent headdress, a very literal Sitting Bull proudly sits among the teepees.This FDC for the Sitting Bull stamp in the Great Americans series was created in the very early years of Bennett Cachetoons. The cachet was printed in dark green ink and just recently enhanced slightly with a bit of handcoloring.
This would be a CHIEF addition to any Great Americans collection!
