Item Description

This item is set of two definitives issued in 1899 for use in the Straights Settlements. This was a British colony in SE Asia consisting of the city-states of Singapore, Malacca, and Penang. The Straights Settlements ceased to exist in 1946 when Malacca and Penang became part of Malaya, and Singapore became a separate colony.

International shipping $2.00 (no insurance) $20.00 via registered mail. Uninsured shipments sent at buyer's risk.

Paypal, Money Orders, and Checks payable in the US are accepted. Credit cards accepted through paypal only. Checks must be drawn on a US bank, or I cannot cash them! (I can no longer accept Canadian Postal Money Orders, even those in US dollars-sorry!) Discount available for multiple item purchase.

Return Policy:

US Bidders: 14 days from the 3rd day after the item is sent.

International: 14 days from the 7th day after the item is sent.
