Malaya Straits Settlements 1889 1c on 4c Bister Brown, SURCHARGE DOUBLE, Watermark Crown CA, Scott 78a, SG 89a, UN, Cat $1,800 ....SG Cat £1,800($2,300)
Condition Note: - This item is generally without gum.
Color is correct but a little faded, some soiling, quite well centered, the stamp and the double surcharge are correct, any residual gum is toned.
Very Scarce 1889 1c on 4c Bister Brown, SURCHARGE DOUBLE issue not perfect and in just in average to fine unused condition.

Condition notes for mint stamps:- 

UMM = Unmounted Mint - never previously hinged (nh) mint stamps with no gum disturbance

VLMM = Very Lightly Mounted Mint - No hinge remainder but has very slight gum disturbance which may have been caused by a hinge.

LMM = Lightly Mounted mint clear evidence of having been previously mounted but light with full original gum

MM = Mounted Mint - clear evidence of having been mounted with hinge remainder(s) on back

UN - Unused = No gum
