Steam and the North Atlantic Mails by J. C. Arnel, Royal Philatdelic Society of Canada, 1986. This book has 288 pages of information and data, along with multiple black & white illustrations, plus an index.
Postage is $2.00, will be sent by Media Mail. No International shipments.

This book was obtained from the estate of a long time philatelist who was not only a collector, but also an exhibitor, researcher, author and APS Judge. Overall, the books are in good shape although the following observations are made:
- An inscription has been made in the front
- There is no evidence of note taking
Hip now collects all applicable State Sales Tax.
