Documentary Stamps: TWO; "State" Revenues, actually for the Philadelphia environs, both OG, technically Mint NH, but have holes (staple holes) and each w/ a crease (perhaps the holes are how they were attached to the documents, which would make these stamps used despite the gum), couple of perf flaws, uncommon, Fine-VFI combine shipping.
