United States, Scott #667, mint (hinged), 1929, Kansas Overprint, 9 cents, Thomas Jefferson, light rose, Scott 2019 Catalog Value: $14.00, off-centered, perforations cut frame on left side, other sides clear, sound back, scattered pieces of black album page fluff at the back, hinge remnant, good perforations. This is not a 'bait-and-switch;' the stamp you see will be the one you receive.
